We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional social media management; we need someone who is passionate about user engagement and dedicated to helping our users set and achieve their personal goals so they could have exceptional, memorable experiences on our app. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy, user engagement, and community management.

Social Media Specialist || Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve user engagement.
  • Manage and oversee social media content creation, including writing, editing, and publishing posts across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of our social media efforts.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvement.

User Engagement and Community Building:

  • Engage with our community on social media, responding to comments, messages, and user queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create and nurture relationships with users to foster a sense of community and encourage active participation.
  • Organize and host online events, challenges, and activities to boost user engagement and satisfaction.

Goal Setting and Achievement Support:

  • Work directly with users on our app to understand their personal goals and provide support in setting and achieving these goals.
  • Develop and share resources, tips, and motivational content to help users stay on track with their goals.
  • Regularly check in with users to track progress, provide encouragement, and adjust plans as needed.

Content Creation and Collaboration:

  • Hands on Canva to produce high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.
  • Identify and partner with influencers and other relevant individuals to expand our reach and impact.

Social Media Specialist || Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of user engagement, community management, and goal-setting strategies.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and create reports to track and improve social media performance.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Passionate about helping others and enhancing user well-being.
  • Experience with content creation, including graphic design and video editing, is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour
