Digital Developer whilst working within an agile (Scrum) development environment. They will oversee a small team working within the full SDLC, which will include core development, code reviews, testing definition and execution, evaluation of requirements, production of technical documentation such as solution overviews, functional overviews, and design documentation. Working closely with the project manager to ensure the solution delivered meets the client’s quality targets set out in the work order or contract. • Leading a development team through the development cycle including estimations and supporting agile leads with backlog refinement and delivery tracking • Leading various client meetings and workshops, alongside the project manager, product owner and scrum master. • Sharing updates on the project progress internally •Digital Developer Management of a small team of mid-level and junior developers. • Assuring the outputs of any junior developers and contractors before delivery to the client. Proven experience building applications using React, Typescript, Python, .NET C#, HTML, CSS and SASS. • Experience working in an agile development environment. •Digital Developer Experience managing or mentoring junior members of the team, reviewing code, testing and debugging. • Strong communicator within the development team and wider project team. A deep understanding of DevOps processes and principles, including CI/CD. • Test Management experience including automated testing and unit testing. • A Computer Science, Software Development or related degree • Content Management Systems (CMS) experience (preferably Sitecore and Umbraco) and front-end development. • Strong understanding of coding best practices with regards to Cyber Security and durability. • Team lead experience and a passion for high quality code and code consistency •Digital Developer Strong experience with Azure DevOps. • Not only are we a truly flexible organisation and fully remote as standard, we give our people the right level of autonomy to shape the role whilst feeling supported and inspired.
